PREVENTION OF THE LAW

Immediately after the delivery of your shipment you will receive a notification to your e-mail address or SMS message on your mobile phone with information which supplier will deliver the shipment to you.

RETURNING

Please contact us within 48 hours if there is a problem with your order. All unopened products can be returned for full refund within 5 working days from the date of receipt. Upon return, the products (packages) must be completely sealed, unopened and in the original packaging. Be sure to send them back to the Be Healthy return address along with the account you received with the product. All products must be properly insured by the customer. The refund will be issued upon receipt of the returned products, minus the original shipping costs. If the products are not insured properly and are repaired or damaged upon return, we cannot provide compensation. If your order arrives damaged or you have received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order so that we can take the necessary action against you.
